Step Five: Data Verification and Database Development and Delivery
This stage is the heart and soul of HSS and we stake our reputation on this process. Our HIPAA trained personnel are also trained in HSS proprietary data verification routines.
HSS will verify forms data for content and quality, and create a supporting database for the customized program and deliver this data to the client when needed.
- Original data set with verification rules.
- We have standard operating procedures in place for data verification and security.
- We hold internal meetings on pilot verification efforts early on in the project to see if there are issues with forms that are filled out that need special attention.
- The HSS process involves the use of the Verity© Teleform© data capture system to which our data verification staff is trained.
Once data is verified and captured, HSS can provide routine databases to be sent to the client via secure FTP, secure overnight mail (through CD-rom) or by giving you access to our internet portal.
In addition, HSS can provide optional reporting & basic analyses including:
- Early analysis reports
- Missing data
- Frequencies
If the client desires such assistance, we can offer this as an add-on service
since many of our staff are trained in public health research in applied settings.
