Step Three: Forms Deployment
HSS will work with each customer to implement the most efficient & effective way to obtain scannable forms or images. This can include image transfer via Direct Mail, E-fax server, FTP image files, Overnight Delivery of paper, PDA versions (in development) and Web Works (in development) on-line forms.
As mentioned during needs assessment, HSS can recommend the best way to distribute the scannable forms to their target audience.
HSS has partnered with a local fulfillment house to further provide printing, collating, and bulk mailing services to reach thousands of members, employees or study participants.
Many of our clients also ask for data to be scored after it is entered into their proprietary databases. In some case, we have available algorithms to share regarding certain forms like health risk assessments or biometric screenings.
HSS then shifts gears, once forms are deployed, to monitor the data collection process and make recommendations when necessary. We can produce project administrative logs as updates (if requested by the client). Thus, we work with each client to make sure that you have a reasonable assessment of how your data capture needs are being met, well before the delivery date of a database. This process runs in the background of data verification efforts and provides a backdrop in case a client has questions on particular records or data points.
Step Five: Data Verification and Database Development and Delivery
